Vinh Le
Vinh Le is a high school researcher and community leader whose work explores the erasure of South Vietnamese voices in Vietnam War films and the importance of cultural representation. He co-founded the Circle of Progress to foster mentorship between his peers and university students, promoting shared growth, leadership, and connection across generations.

Seneca Valley High School
Tiffany Phan
Tiffany Phan is a junior at Seneca Valley High School. In addition to her academic pursuits, she is an active member of HOSA, where she has placed at the international level. She also serves as the president of Minority Scholars, a program dedicated to connecting underrepresented students with meaningful internship opportunities.
Tiffany’s desire to join the Circle of Progress stems from her strong belief in the power of mentorship and peer support. She is passionate about helping students feel informed, confident, and supported as they navigate their academic journeys and plan for their future goals.

Catherine is a sophomore at Virginia Commonwealth University where she studies Biology and Bioinformatics. She co-founded this organization due to her desire to help other first-generation students like herself.
